General Instructions:

1. Click on the page you want to go to.

2. Print the page in either color or black and white (select this on your printer properties).  
      Suggestion: Put in card stock if you have it.  Card stock will be easier to manage.

3. Cut the sheet on the lines.

4.    Suggestion: Cut on the outside lines first.  Then cut the long center line.  After that, cut each horizontal
          line on each strip.
